Brunch at Gladstone

Morning into afternoon at Gladstone Barber & Bistro — Palestinian home cooking meets British brunch classics. Masa sourdough, sumac hollandaise, harissa heat and baklava-level sweet plates, served in Pattern House on Castle Street, Stalybridge.

When we serve

Bistro hours (from /book):

  • Monday: Closed

  • Tuesday: Closed

  • Wednesday: 8am–4pm

  • Thursday–Saturday: 8am–11pm

  • Sunday: 9am–6:30pm

Breakfast and all-day brunch dishes run within these hours.

Brunch is served until 12pm (noon).
